Management there is basically non existent and they have the most rude and disrespectful people working there's especially the older woman who always at the register, also why offer online ordering if they always just cancel it.

Cashier had no idea what they were doing or how to properly do his job and refused to get a Manger to help and was rude.

This used to be a great place to stop in real quick to get _____. The style of the store remodel makes the space too crowded. The layout of the aisles also makes no sense. The shelves are bare. Nothing is ever faced, it looks like no one is taking care of the shelves. The employees are a mix. They are nice but seem to lack more work ethic beyond the register. Although it is possible they don't have the workforce needed to run the register and stock/face. It is very rare for more than one register to be opened even during peak times. I had an employee explicitly complain to me about an interaction they had with another customer. I did not witness the interaction and was very put off by this. Very unprofessional.

It was great. They had everything that I needed to get. I always try to buy my generic Nexium there. And I think the Clover Valley items are good. They have a couple of cookies that are better than their Girl Scout counterparts. The Thin Mint & the Samoa type.
