From my experience with Hertz in Paducah everything was top notch. We had to use a rental while my sons car was having an estimate performed and the lady I dealt with helped me from start to finish in a friendly and professional way.

I have rented from this Hertz location multiple times in the last few months and I have always had a very good experience. Randy has always been very kind and helpful to us. I’ve never had a problem with the reservation itself or with any of the vehicles.

My reservation with Enterprise had been cancelled due to a lack of available cars. Asked Hertz for a similar vehicle (intermediate SUV) and was told they had one. What I was given- Chevy Trax, a subcompact. We had to leave half of our luggage behind. This vehicle is also $50 more than what I would've had with Enterprise and much smaller. Its crowded, pulls to the right, and has no pick up. The only plus was the checkout process was much quicker and streamlined at Hertz. The check out employee was friendly but I feel deceived. Had to take out of desperation.

Very hateful desk staff. I was supposed to pick up a rental car furnished by an insurance company. They were supposed to contact me within an hour to confirm. After am hr passed, since it was hetting late, I called them to confirm. The lady with whom I spoke was very hateful and seemed put out I had called. I decided to not do business with hertz and have found out being hateful to customers who are picking up an insurance rental is their normal demeanor. Will never use hertz. 23 July 2019 1630hrs.
