So it takes a lot for me to give a restaurant only one star on the first try. But this place definitely earned it. Ordering on the app, we Sat in the space for 25 minutes. I called the place repeatedly with no answer. Went inside and was given multiple excuses of why the phone wasn't answered and my order wasn't even being made. Food was then made improperly to order. First time burgers were sloppy and thrown together missing ingredients. The second time they were severely undercooked. We made the poor choice to just eat them and were immediately sick afterwards. All around bad service and improper food prep. Eat somewhere else. You'll thank me if you do.

Maysville Wendy's is a nasty place. Service is the worst. There always in there cussing and yelling. Allowing workers to set on the counters where the drive thru window is. That's so unsanitary. Got a burger there that was pink as can be in the middle. Get chili and no dang spoon to eat it with. This place needs need management or shut down. They use expired meat in the chili.

I was not very happy or satisfied with the drive thru crew at all. They rushed us when my family and I ordered, then closed the window every time we tried to talk or ask about something. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any Wendy’s.

Ok..went through the drive thru this afternoon and the guy says you have to pay cash. I asked can I use my card inside he said yes so around the building I drive. I gave my daughter my card and told her to get her sandwich and a baked potato for my Mom. I wait probably 10 minutes and she comes out empty handed. Says Mom they are fighting in there so I just left along with the people in line in front of me. I take the card and go back in. They are still spating a bit but not to terrible. No one seems to care to wait on me so I continue to stand there. A woman that was eating inside came to the counter looked at me and said I'm almost afraid to ask fir anything. She did though. She wanted to know if anyone had made sweet tea yet. She got a big no. She left and a gentleman came in from outside that was wai]I on his order said for 15 minutes He asked for the manager.They had some words and he threw the sandwich on the counter that somebody haded him and told them what they could do with it. Finally a sweet young girl asked if I still wanted something and I said yes if it can be managed. She looked like she wasn't sure so I asked if I tell you what I want will that help. She said yes so I told her I wanted the new chicken sandwich and the baked potato..they had no potatoes but she got right on the sandwich and I was able to exit the building..never in all my life have I seen anything like it.

They don't want to push that food to much work
I am not 100% sure but I would have to say 10:30 am that is the usual time for most.
