The store was way better than the one in Milford, Ohio. At least the Walmart Supercenter in Marysville,ky is bigger and the employees are way nicer than the Milford, Ohio Walmart.

Lost my eye glasses in the creek when I dipped on the hottest day in July and I called the eye doctor at maysville Walmart supercenter eye class department and tried to get same day or next day cause I'm blind and they didn't even try to help me and said soonest they can get me in would be the end of July , I said no no you ain't cause I'll go somewhere else

Poor Customer Service, last two times I have been in Wal-Mart there has been absolutely no register open. This evening was at 6pm. Reported no employee to work both times. Yet 2 people working customer service know how to run a register. There were also 4 individuals in blue vest socializing at the self check registers, while 20 people were in line. Those individuals also know how to run a register if they assist in self check. Put 2 of those 6 people on registers. If I have one or two items, I will check myself out. If I have a cart with over $200 worth of merchandise, I should not be forced to check myself out while clerks stand and socialize.

Avoid shopping here during the summer months. It has been way too warm inside of the Maysville, KY location for at least the last 3 summers. Their corporate customer service said they were waiting to replace the cooling units whenever they did their remodel in the fall.......Fall has come and gone 3 times since then. It's pathetic but this is in a small town with limited options for shopping elsewhere and they know it.
