It was okay. The staff were really nice. The sheets had hair over them, which I didn’t love. After some days there the rate randomly went up. I went to extend our stay, and without saying anything about it, just told me the total which surprised me because it was more. Definitely needs to be 20 dollars less for quality. The hallways smelt pretty gross. The environment felt pretty sketch at most points, but it ended up being okay. However, there is a stove which I loved if you’re having to stay over a few days. The carpet felt gross but it was okay. Water pressure was good. No housecleaning, which was great for me and I think you can request if needed. Pet friendly! No dishes at all, no soap. Get two little bars of soap and nothing else for bathtub or dishes. It did what I needed it to do, but if you’re looking for best price- not sure this is it. Checked out and went somewhere for almost half the price. Overall, not bad at all. Definitely not the best, but that’s to be expected to with these kind of places.

Hotel is definitely 2 stars when it comes to cleanliness and comfort level. However, 4 stars for service. My main turn off was the lingering smell of smoke and dirt embedded in the hallway walls and especially the elevator, which had a strong smokey smell at all times. The room was decent, but the bed wasn't very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and addressed all issues I had with enthusiasm and positivity, which I appreciated a lot! They gave me new linens when I requested them and were super friendly about it. I booked for a week, but did leave a bit early. Would come back for a cheaper stay and friendly/helpful staff, but not comfort. Also, you do have to buy any kitchen supplies and coffee maker for the kitchenette, which is different from other extended stay hotels I've stayed at.

Hallways and elevators smell like cigarettes and marijuana, very dirty seen a few roaches in the “ kitchen”. Very very unprofessional staff. All types of drug deals all through the day and night. The door to our room barley closed it was just very very disgusting. Do not recommend at all. The pictures online are very deceiving.

Terrible experience. Stayed here 3x previously. 1st 2 stays were good. 3rd stay was put in room next to elevator, ENTIRE stay could hear elevator or some sort of generator running. Very loud in room plus toilet ran non stop. No sleep at all. This time was put in same room by elevator (216). Soon as we got to room and seen it was same as last stay I went back down to check desk to ask to be moved. Explained reason needed to be moved and lady @ check in desk did not seem surprised by noise levels I was talking about but I was told no other rooms available. It was almost 10pm and I had driven 3 1/2 hours into Lexington & had to be @ UK hospital @ 7am so was stuck due to not knowing which hotels were located close to hospital and time of night it was. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
