I'm giving this place a 1 star because of the manager. When we arrived, we were the only person in the drive thru during the middle of dinner. We went thinking they would have a grilled chicken sandwich option. I was getting this for my grandmother. We were greeted by a very friendly order taker through the speaker, but we were unsure of what to order and needed to pull away from the speaker to make a call to my grandmother and clarify if she wanted us to go somewhere else or if fried chicken was fine. When we went to park, the manager started yelling at us to pull to the window so we would "ghost her" and that we were running up her time of service. Immediately that was a red flag. Then we headed back in line and ordered. The manager at the window took our money and handed us our drinks. She was not in a good mood at all. She also was on her personal cell phone while waiting on us at the window. She forgot our two sides of mashed potatoes with our order. I clarified it was on the ticket. I like Popeyes. They have really good food. But that manager will drive away customers with her bad customer service. 🙄

Just a heads up. If you go they won't have chicken it will be a 20min wait. The workers were beyond rude and arguing with each other with the window wide open. We got two shrimp meal and a 5pc chicken tender. We asked for cocktail and buffalo sauce. So apparently they really care about they little 25¢ cup of sauce. Cause she refused to give me buffalo as I already had cocktail in the bag. (2 cups of cocktail). She replies well you can give me one back and I'll give you a buffalo sauce. So I really can't have sauce with both? Whatever well needless to say the food was also trash. The fries taste freezer from hell n back. Never again I'll wait till Berea gets ours.

Absolutely the worst Popeyes I have ever visited. Had us pull forward from the drive through. Which we don’t care to wait for fresh food. But we waited for over 20 minutes and no one brought our order. Had to enter the restaurant and get a refund. Would NEVER visit this restaurant again. Poor customer service is the least of their problems.
