Over priced and poor quality food. Fried pickles don't even taste like pickles somehow. Service was terrible as the servers stood in the corner right against us. We had to turn to the side just to keep from elbowing them. They sat and complained about every customer they waited on. While also, not waiting on them. Definitely not worth what we paid for the dinner. At all. Even if the food was better, the service was terrible.

This place is surely a local favorite, and well worth a little extra drive. Nested in what seems to be the middle of nowhere, but one a main road. Their food is amazing, fair pricing, and excellet service. Perfect place to bring a date, as me and the wife like to have date night dinners here. Worlds Largest Seafood Platter" is a great value with enough food for two. Anytime we have out-of-town guests, we bring them here. Love this place!

Our third visit to this Wonderful restaurant in the middle of no where. Just a 20 minute drive from Savannah, Tn. But, on our first visit we thought is it worth driving this far for catfish! YES, this is one of our favorite catfish & seafood restaurants in this area. Love the fresh hot cornbread & coleslaw. And the menu has something for everyone. Sometimes you will have to wait for a table, but it is worth the wait. Shiloh National Military Park is about 15 from Michie, Tn. You will pass 4 other catfish restaurants along the way. So far Top O the River is our favorite. Give it a try!

The food and service were average. If you want good catfish drive 15 more minutes and go to Hagy’s Catfish hotel. 1/2 of my order didn’t come out until we were finished eating. My waitress disappeared for 10 minutes after our drink order. Boiled shrimp wasn’t very seasoned, catfish was spongy and the crab meat was terrible. It wasn’t a great experience nor was it five star worthy. I am being generous with the three stars. The cornbread wasn’t warm, but the coleslaw and hush puppies were good. Hopefully someone monitors this and can use this as a teaching lesson and strive to become better.

I don't work there, but, maybe if you would put in a request for them they might just start serving them. It wouldn't hurt to ask.
As posted on Google, the Saturday hours are 3-9.
I think 4pm but not sure
They do not serve beer
Do not know for sure. Best to call and find out
