Everytime we've bought from Aaron's we've gotten excellent service from the time we call to delivery. When we call they do their best to get as close as possible to what we want and at a decent price and a decent monthly price bc that's how we pay. Since I'm disabled, they're nice enough to come by and pick up my payment also. We appreciate that also. The only complaint I have is that when the guys delivered our fridge a little over a month ago the took the door off our kitchen and just didn't put it back on. They just stuck the screws back in the holes and just screwed in a a couple. They left the door just hanging. That's the only complaint that we have bc other than that, everything was excellent!!!

Very pleasant until later when I got home. I had a problem with the merchandise and when I called they accused me of doing the damage. It would be almost impossible but they didn't understand. They are sending someone out tomorrow so maybe it can be resolved.
