Tennessee hospitality is just different than most places. They did a great job with customer service. The microphone we used in our bay seemed to no relay clearly our information go our server as we had to repeat ourselves alot.

The lady that answered the speaker could not hear what I was saying and kept saying huh what did you say? Over and over I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip dinner and the strips were rebooked and the size of a McDonald's chicken nugget. My drinks came out wrong also instead of a 44oz they brought me med and the other drink I ordered was suppose to be a 44 oz cranberry sprite and a large cranberry slush is what was brought. I've never had a bad experience here but theres a first for everything

My cherry cream slush was not very thick. Tasted more like a slush than a cream one. Wasn't much ice cream in it.

Love Sonic menu and food options but Prices are a little much still; $15+ for my basic combo and small shake. Customer service with a smile, they just seem to always get confused when I order a "#1 with everything but No Cheese"... It really throws them off every time. Lol I will sometimes even list everything that I want ON IT, still never know what I'm gonna get. But it's always good!
