I get it, food industry is tough right now - but Brandon ain't got the fries in a headlock man. The charbroiled chicken sandy was excellent as usual but the fry game was weak today... Service was friendly, but I was a little salty about those fries for real.

Stopped for breakfast on our way to IN. Placed our orders and at that point noticed some issues behind the counter over a previous order being wrong, along with a "who done it" atmosphere. Took our orders out of the sack to find something wasn't right. I returned to the counter to bring it to the staff member's attention. I was told "That's what you ordered." I looked at him in a puzzled manner. He turned around and walked off leaving me standing there. There was no further attempt on either person's part to fix the issue. I was so upset at how he responded I didn't eat and we left. This is a rare experience for us with Hardee's, but I feel it was handled quite poorly.

I Went in to Order. as I was Waiting to give my order. I saw a very hard working male Employee take out the very nasty inside trash with HIS PLASTIC GLOVES ON. And CMES BACK IN WITH SAME GLOVES. Putting his gloves ands all over the buns before. STARTING TO MAKE MY SANDWICH WITH THE SAME GLOVES HE USED TO TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE. I GOT MY MONEY BACK. JUST SOME NASTY 🤮 🤮 🤮 Team of FOOD EMPLOYEES. BEWARE. I LOVE HARDEES PRE-COVID. BUT POST COVID. THEY HAVEN’T been the same. This is why I bypass SUPER CHRONIC NASTY HARDEES IN GALLATIN. To go to Portland. Increasingly More difficult to find someone to buy cooked food from with out getting sick. Thank You Hardee’s Sincerely Losing my Respect Everyday
