Went in for a lowbeam headlight, I told the counter guy "Mike" it was a 9006, he looked at up and said it was a H11. I had to pull the old one out to prove to him it was a 9006, he made the comment they don't install bulbs because they messed up too many cars and he just works there. Long story short, I replaced my bulb with the right one.

It will depend on the vehicle. The only things the do offer is wiper and battery install but I have know them to help with other items.
