Food was great, wait time was reasonable, price was the usual (it's a bit high as compared to other chicken chains but you get what you pay for). Only issue is the drive thru design is a little tight.

Ordered a 16 piece meal. Was told the wait would be 24 minutes. We where the first car parked, and watched 3 other cars get food ran out before us. Went in to investigate and was told by the gm the cook was new and it would actually take 10 more minutes because he was slow. Finally after waiting 45 mins I got the food and a free lemon cake. Upon getting home the sides where wrong. Wife went back to get the correct sides. And was told they ran out of Mac and cheese because they handed our order out to the wrong person, lieing about the cook being slow and not owning up to the fact they handed it out wrong. So my wife had to buy more sides. Tldr: waited double the quoted time. Gm blames cook instead of being honest about handing out food out to the wrong vehicle. Gives us a cake, and the wrong sides. And when wife drives back to kfc to get the correct sides, they didn't have anymore and had to pay for more.... angry is an understatement!

Very dissatisfied with customer service. Employees are evidently not trained properly on how to take care of a special order with someone with a food allergy. I have ate here multiple times and always order the same thing but lately not been able to get my order. I have even tried to explain how the others have fixed my order but they just refuse and so NO ! All I ask for was a chicken little sandwich on a seedless bun. NOT HARD TO FIX! So all I ask is that management help your employees out and take care of your local customers. We are just trying to get lunch .

Order an 8 piece extra crispy. Got home and found that it was beyond burned and all dark meat. Been trying to call the manager and the phone stays busy. Probably others calling to complain. Beyond dissatisfied.
