After waiting several minutes for an appointment, my number was showing on the monitor but I wasn't called. When there were no other customers, I asked the lady at the window if I could ask her a question. She said to take a number and wait my turn, "because that's what we do here." I told her the number is what I have a question about because it shows on the screen as being served. She said to not pay attention to the screen, they will let me know when they're ready to talk to me. This lady was so rude! I don't know her name, but she's older with short blonde spiked hair. Some people just aren't cut out to be working in positions that deal with the public!

Had a few visits to this location, some scheduled, some not. Very courteous, professional, and easy to work with. In all cases, I spent less than 30 minutes waiting for help.
