To be a “walk in clinic” I have never been able to walk in and be seen. They always tell me that they are not accepting walk ins which makes zero sense to be. I have called before and also today to be told that they are staying open until 8 but will not be seeing anymore patients. You are an urgent care for matters that just happen not just scheduled sickness. How is anyone suppose to know when they are going to get sick. If you are not going to accept walk ins then you should change your title as you are not a walk in clinic. Also the customer service over the phone is atrocious.

I had a great experience here. I wish I could remember the names of the people who helped me, they were so kind. The nurse was so polite and she did everything she could to make me feel better. The doctor really listened to me. Didn't make assumptions. I'd give a full 5 star review if the company had a better calling/website service. It is confusing and nobody answers the phone.

Every time I have went here it has been a wonderful experience, but today was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Silas did not care how I felt. All tests where negative which was good but but he did not care to further help by talking about treatment of my symptoms over the counter or prescription. He said I would not find the care I needed there with me “looking like that”. I’m not sure if I didn’t look sick enough for him or what. Ultimately if you go I would try to find another doctor. I will never ever see that provider again.

The staff is friendly and helpful.very competent.They all treated me like I was a patient and a person.The lady who did the swab for covid and the flu did not hurt me.She knows how to do her job well.The doctor took time to explain xplain things to me and to answer questions I had.I was impressed with the care I received and the kindness and overall treatment I received. .It was a good experience and I will go back in the future and recommend this facility highly to friends and family.Thank you.
