Sat in the Drive-Thru at the box to let them know I was picking up 2 doordash orders and was not acknowledged even for 10 minutes

After attempting to call in my order and getting no response. We pulled the drive thru for 14 junior bacon cheeseburgers and the person taking the order argued about the quantity of the order repeatedly so we just drove off went on down to Hardee's where they gladly took our order. Wendy's please do better!!!!

Every aspect of our order was wrong. Kindergarteners could have done better. At least they know that a 4 piece nuggets is supposed to have 4 pieces. Then when she remade our order we got 7

These fries suck. Guaranteed hot and crispy my butt. Can't say anything now a days people screw with your food. Burger was fresh and good. The fires went to the trash. Wendy's is going down hill fast. Not just this one but everywhere. We can go eat at roadhouse for what Wendy's cost now a days.
