We placed an order, and when we got up to the window my husband asked them to remove an order of cheese curds. They “removed” the cheese curds, along with my husbands burger. We went back through the drive thru and whoever the manager on duty was did nothing to help. Was extremely rude, and cussed at my husband in front of our child!! Would not recommend!! Extremely rude staff!! We will not be back!!

Ok this will be my first one star review and I usually don't do fast food well because its fast food not good food. The service has never been good at this one but tolerable. Tonight finally did it for me. It was 9:05 and I pulled up to the drive through and the person on the other side of the speaker said we just closed. I have been in food all my life and never said that to anyone. I would at least ask can I help you which in my case I wanted a strawberry cheesecake blizzard. So if you would like dairy queen please go to the one in Benton or Calvert city. Better service with a smile.

Every time we go, their ice cream machine is down. We get "raincheck coupons" but have never been able to redeem them. (See the first sentence) Their drive thru is incredibly SLOW. Only 2 stars because the food is pretty good if you have the patience to wait. :)
