Food is good as it is at every Culver’s, but management every time I’m there is clearly very negative and rude towards their employees. I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve seen them be rude to their young crew members in front of customers and when they think customers don’t see. Very sad to see such mistreatment

The custard and I had was okay but a little more runny than usual. Nothing really stood out about the experience to rate it any more than average. The custard itself was good and the mix-in items were adequate. Good spot to go for custard and burgers.

I love this place but it seems "rushed". My salad was weak. The food was good but I feel like it was rushed to me after 20 minutes. They use to offer you a treat while you wait. The Cashier was wonderful. The food use to look good and taste good.

For ice cream sundae.... gross. I got a turtle sundae. Almost no hot fudge, soft serve ice cream half melted when I got it. Nuts were okay but no whipped cream. It just was a poor sundae.

They have all kinds of flavors. You can use their flavor of the day as a base or the plain vanilla & I think chocolate. Then you can add different candies, fruits, nuts, and/or the basic sauces or syrups that you use on sundaes, like hot fudge, caramel, chocolate syrup, marshmallow fluff, etc. You can really create what you want. Their website or app are both very helpful. Plus they're adding new combinations as "flavors of the day", I think 4 just this summer. Enjoy!
