I have been to this location before and have had great experiences until yesterday! I took both my boys in, age 3 and 5 for haircuts. Kaitlin did a very nice job with my oldest and she is always very nice when we’ve been in before. However, Jodi cut my youngest sons hair and she is just awful! So very rude! She has absolutely no business cutting children’s hair!!! No child should be treated that way especially when they are doing nothing wrong! I also find it extremely disheartening to come on here to post a review and see that there are two others posts with the same exact experience! Jodi should not be cutting children’s and the managers at this location need to do better if you are allowing this to continue!

Jodi was the most unprofessional human being EVER! My 4 year old nephew is a very ticklish boy and normally has trouble getting his hair cut due to fear. She spoke to him like he was an adult and would raise her voice at him saying “STOP” when he would start shrugging his shoulders up when the clippers would start tickling his neck. She was very impatient. Clearly someone who doesn’t have children. Do better, Jodi.
