Last week Monroe County at Ingle's grocery store. You're generator broke so I had to reschedule not my fault. This morning I get their own time drop off my animal, come back 30 minutes before pick up and I'm 1st in line.You lose my paperwork and put me last in line. Then you still charge me the same price. But on your paperwork if I'm 15 minutes late you charge me $35. Where does any of this sound fair? You kept me there an hour late

Really unkind and irresponsible group of people. Their compassion must be limited to 4 legged creatures—rigid policies and draconian behavior are unparalleled. If they really wanted less litters, they’d work with people instead of cutting them off. It’s a pandemic, and I have a critically ill family member. Was the smallest amount of time late on a deposit for a surgery A MONTH AWAY, and they rejected my appointment. They refunded money less a fee as if it actually cost them anything to reject my payment. Total racket.

Overall amazing place and affordable. I took my cat there to get vaccinated and spayed, they treated her well. I would recommend this for anyone who having hard time affording to get their pets vaccinated or spayed/neutered.
