Not a lot to choose from due to spring break, but promised to call me later in the day when something else arrived. No call but several had come in when I went to pick up a vehicle with a colleague later in the day. I realize it's a busy location but don't promise if you're not going to come through.

I’ve been trying to have my issue resolved since 2019. To no avail. The WORST car rental place to do business with, in my opinion and the opinion from other reviewers. If you don’t have an open account with them they send you through the rigmarole until you feel like giving up! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m asking and requesting to be contacted by Risk Management.

Seems they are experiencing staffing issues. Only one guy doing the best he could to service the customers for a 830am pickup. 4 people in lobby when I left. He was not only doing the paperwork but also responsible for washing the car before he turned it over to me. He's doing the best he could but there were restless people waiting. If you are flexible, check in and see how many are waiting. If there are 2 plus you it's going to be 30 minutes or more. You might be better off heading over to Delta Sonic across the street grabbing coffee and coming back 20 minutes later rather than sitting there getting aggravated.

I had to tent a car through my insurance after an accident and this Enterprise was the best I’ve ever dealt with. Kieffer helped me out and it was super easy and quick which is not typical when renting a car. They extended my rental without a lot of hassle and everyone was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this location.
