Woozer!! First time here. Was told it was a must. Did not disappoint. The beef was amazingly tender, juicy and delicious. The cheese fries were good and the chocolate cake shake was out of this world. ( a shake made with a piece of cake) Service was fast and very friendly. How do more people not know about this place?? If you get the chance try the food here. This is gonna be a place I stop at every chance I get.

Everytime i come to the portillos is oswego they are rude and snooby, order is never right and im treated like its my fault. The sign at the window is comical. Update was be rated by the apparent manager on shift how I ordered wrong when their speaker doesn't even work and they have nobody outside to take orders with a not functioning speaker.

I'm normally not into the fast food scene - but portillos has always been an exception. It's more of the "food delivered fast" scene. This particular visit was to the drive through on a very busy day. Overall, very good experience. Our car and a couple in front of us were stopped and food was delivered to the cars behind us for a while. The delay is totally understandable with their complex and very scientific approach to rapid order fulfillment. It would, however, have been nice to get acknowledgement, or status on the delayed orders. The food was excellent as always!

Portillos is usually pretty good, but the night we went was just bad. The woman taking our order had to bring over a manager to help her, and it took a long time. My dad asked for a tamale and a chili cup, but got a tamale IN a chili cup. Then he and I had both asked for the regular cups, filled with water (we try not to drink soda when we go out) and we made sure the woman taking our order knew what we meant, and she said she did because she "worked there for 15 years," but we still ended up with the teensy weensy water cups they give you when you want water. We were willing to pay for the bigger cup, that wasn't an issue and we even said as much, but I guess she knew better than us, right?? Then when my dad went back to get an actual chili cup, since NOTHING in his order was right, the woman started telling him how to order. We've gone to Portillos for years, and he's always ordered the same way. Talk about being talked down to. It really ruined my dad's night. As for my order, I had a gift card for a free salad. I'd never had their salads before and got the house salad. It was enormous and full of random stuff. It was okay, the flavor was interesting, but something was bizarrely spicy in there that I can't put my finger on. I got sick of that salad before finishing even half of it. I was pretty disappointed with my meal. So between a fourth of our order being wrong, being spoken down to by an employee (who I'm sure meant well, but still, it ruined my dad's vibe for the whole night) and the meal I got being really meh, this was probably one of the worse experiences I've had at Portillos. Probably won't go back soon.

Absolutely. I've done it before and reheated in a pot of hot water while still vaccuum sealed.
I believe you can buy the big trays of beef. Depending on sandwich size I would say at least two trays, maybe three.
All staff is wearing a mask and drive thru orders only
No
