They should not have bothered reopening waited 1 they haven't even started making pizzas then the meatball sub showed up raw I wish I could have given it zero stars I wont be back

Came in to Imos in Alton late one night and was expecting moans and groans from employees seeing late guests. Was not expecting to see such a friendly face and welcoming atmosphere. The man who took our order was named Darius and was seriously awesome. I never leave reviews, but he was so nice that I felt like I needed to!! He welcomed us in and I believe he made our pizza as well. Was delicious, of course. Could not believe how good of an experience this was. Just wanted to give a shout out to Darius for being so great! Honestly!!
