Usually when I come here (weekend mornings) there is a young asian guy working. I don't know his name but he knows what he is doing. I don't usually have an issue with my order when he is working. But I came here one morning when he was not working and ordered my usual, the vegetarian egg and cheese biscuit, and the girl at the window replies, "so you want bacon, egg, and cheese?". When someone orders a vegetarian item please do not reply asking if they want meat. Its offensive. If I wanted meat I would have ordered meat. So I corrected her saying, no, I'm not ordering any meat. And sure enough when I get my food at the window there is meat on it anyway. So I had to park and now go inside and ask them to remake it. The teenage girl at the register was terrible. I don't know if this was her first day at her first job but she just kept staring at her register and didnt know what button to hit. I asked her twice, look if you dont know how to ring it up please ask someone to help you because this is making me late for work. Finally she got another girl to help who knew how to ring up an egg and cheese biscuit. As I stood there waiting for my corrected order, I watched the teenage girl attempt to ring up the other customers with the same look of panic and confusion on her face and the other customers looked frustrated too. I get it that some employees are new and people do make mistakes, but clearly some of the people working here need more training.

Everything for the party was great except for the checkout where you are shown a balance due without any details. I asked for the breakdown and was told one would be emailed to me. Only a balance which was different from original quote was shown to me. When I called the location after receiving the email with updated balance due the call was redirected multiple times to another location where I could not speak to an employee from the park where my party was held. I was told by the redirected number to keep calling, email or visit the location for help. I called more times with no success and emailed the company, also with no success. Will have to visit location at this point. So, I would say that the checkout system for party payers needs to be more structured rather than telling customers to just "check your email for the balance details", where none are given.

They sent me a coupon for my birthday. Anything free is always good. The cinnamon roll was awesome, heated up with lots of icing.

I was so surprised! I didn't visit McDonald's because my children are grown. This morning I decided to go and buy the regular sausage sandwich. My head exploded! Literally, it was sooooo good. The egg was so tender, the sausage and cheese bonding with a flavor that I never perceived before. Woooooow! The hash browns also very tasty and perfectly browned. All complimented with a sweet and chilled orange juice. Thanks you are doing a very awesome job.
