They new guy forgot to put my battery on the charger which caused me to have to wait an additional hour after he told me that my battery would be ready by 2:30.

O'Reilly's was always have been in the past my go-to store over AutoZone but this particular day I went to the store to get a part and the staff member send me down a certain row to look for my part with the shelves being locked for the part that I want any act like he didn't want to help me . So I left and went to AutoZone and got great service.
