The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, because no gluten free buns, however the food was awesome, we hadn't been there in a while, was really surprised, we'll be back,

Floor at entry horribly greasy! Almost fell. I complained along with other customers. After 15 minutes, they mopped it. AFTER mopping, it was MUCH WORSE (see photos)! I needed physical help out the place by an employee who also was slip-sliding around. Was told the bucket soap was not mixed correctly. It was worse than ice.

Ordered the chicken strips and they were over done. Not too tasty since they were fried too long. I couldn't get past the breading. I have never gotten bad chicken strips before at any other Jack's. I didn't say anything...it has been a difficult time for all!

Questions & Answers

This place never seems willing to serve everytime I come late night. Literally everytime I go there its something to do with the computers or they just started cleaning. This never happens at any other 24 hr place. Why them then?

This is honestly the worst Jack in the box I've experienced! Needs a new manager for sure.

They need to be reported on. Every time I come there they don’t have a fryer on or there food is old and cooked hours before. That’s nasty and unsafe. Especially during CVID.......

Have not been inside but did use the drive-up. All masks were not being worn properly, around chins and necks. Purchased Loaded Mini Tacos they placed the 15 mini tacos in a box and dumped the loaded part on top. Not what I thought I was going to get. They are worse than bar food appetizers, and I like bar food. Will never go back. I agree they should be reported.

Why is the GLEN CARBON location always having issues after “regular” business hours? May as well not be a 24 hr business. What a waste of time and money. Hopefully the owners figure it out.

Everytime I go there the place smells like weed so I'm guessing that has something to do with it.

I thought this location was 24 hours but every time I go after 11 p.m. They are doing maintenance or fixing cars in the parking lot

The lobby is closed by then, i believe, but the drive thru is 24hrs. If the employees aren't maning their stations, thats another story...
