Went in on Sunday to get my eyebrows waxed. They were very friendly, but the lady that did my eyebrows did them very uneven. One end of my eyebrow is extremely thin while the other looks normal. She then drew my eyebrow in before showing me so I wouldn’t notice. Will not be going back again.

I went here because my eyebrows were horrible. Found out the first wax is free! They were very quick and did an amazing job cleaning up my eyebrows.

First time- so I went and got my legs waxed and they offered to do my eyebrows too cause you get your first wax free just not legs... and I had my Brazilian and armpits done Friday at a different place so I didn’t need those. So I told her no and she said I can just touch them up and it free so why not.. well she took my thickness and half my eyebrows away. To me a touch up is down the middle not take away half my brows... I’m so sad my full eyebrows are gone. They should listen to their clients and not do what they want. Second time- I wanted to give them another shot cause it wasn’t the business fault just the one employees fault. And let me tell you this time I was extremely satisfied Jillian. She made me comfortable she answered all my questions and I already my my next appointment 4 weeks out!
