The only reason I gave this place one star was because the older gentleman working the counter was very kind. Other than that this place is trash. I came in with my fiancé and ordered two meals with a shake. After waiting 10 mins they Hand us only 1 meal and an extra side of fries? My fiancé was missing his sandwich I was told it wasn’t rang up but then how did we pay the 7.00$+ for the fry and drink combo(upgraded to milkshake). I had to repay for the sandwich, it should have been free. I then had to wait another 10+ mins for one sandwich. And then I get home to eat, my burger is wrong I got the avocado burger and it came with 0 avocado??? Great. And I enjoyed watching the heavier set Latino man cooking who was eating directly out of the fry basket in front of guest, absolutely disgusting and breaking health code. He should be fired and I should be refunded I live in this area and will be sharing my experience on Facebook so others do not waste 40+ dollars here. PSA no one likes a half of cup of Mayo on a burger.

I come here regularly as the food here is pretty good. Though, lately, this place has really been skimping on their milkshakes. I had asked if I could get a little more as this time it was very obviously not full and the milkshakes are not cheap (I think $7?). The older Asian man at the register responded, “I’m not going to make you a new one!” I would recommend the mushroom swiss.

I don't think they could have messed up my order any worse. Upsold me to a a new spicy chicken sandwich, and I ordered it with extra pickles, there were 3 pickle slices on the whole sandwich. The haystack onions they gave me were charred and obviously burnt/over cooked. Not even a full order of them and I can't even eat them. They gave me the wrong sauce than what I asked for for the onions as well. It took over 10 minutes to get me my order, probably closer to 15. To top it all off the restaurant was empty. I can understand some mistakes if the kitchen is slammed, but it wasn't....
