Specifically, Eduardo Mendez listened to what I needed and then worked hard to help me achieve my goal. He has never met me and I am not a client of First Bank. I literally cold-called trying to find someone who would help me so I wouldn't have to drive two hours to Eagle. I would recommend this bank to anyone who wants a professional, supportive banking team member. They welcomed me with open arms as an outsider. I can only imagine what they do for their actual customers. Five stars and when you go - ask for Eduardo. He displayed amazing customer service skills.
