The wait staff was so over ran they couldn't keep up so for that I give a second star because they really were doing what they could in their circumstances . However the food was incredibly disgusting. My wings tasted like they were soaked in straight up soy sauce, didn't receive part of my order the waitress kindly removed it from my bill which was nice of her. The queso was so runny it looked like snot and was brown in color I really should have took pictures but it's gone way way done hill .

The service is probably gonna be great but pouring the beer sucks as usual it’s getting worse across the country I travel quite a bit. This is not acceptable this company started the lie of not filling a glass of beer based on trying to save on product I have no patience anymore and I’m only 10 minutes into my visit yes oh thank you very much appreciate it thank you Apparently I cannot make another comment and give the Aaliyah I probably pronounce her name wrong she did an excellent job. I wanted to give her five stars but unfortunately BW threes corporate Waze good job young lady I said she is a positive person. Too bad they make her serve their bad philosophy not to mention the dried out wings I ate And received I think they were returned from someone else again the service was really great

This was the worst restaurant experience I ever had!!! Unbelievable. I ordered 30 wings and didn't receive any of them.. I had chicken wraps with just lettuce, no sauce, and small amount chicken.. the mozzarella sticks had no sauce, cold, tasted like cardboard.. I called the restaurant and they didn't take responsibility for no wings.. not even the quality of food . They just says get refund from my delivery.. I did but it was the food not the delivery that was the problem.. when's restaurant didn't take responsibility for the quality and missing food they simply don't care . Funny waste your money going to this restaurant!!!

Ordered to go food at 6:20 for 7:00, knowing they wouldn’t be ready right at 7 because they have not ever been ready when they say they will, we arrived at 7:10. The hostess started by saying they were running about 20 minutes behind. She then went to check on our food and blaming our food not being done on the computer. Then she printed off a bunch of tickets and took them back to the kitchen where you can see workers scurrying around bagging food. There was about 6 other customers waiting. The manager was nice enough to share that they were about to be done with a bunch of orders, while giving a half hearted apology. Here we are still sitting here at 8:00 with no food still! I suggest looking elsewhere to grab a bite to eat.

Great news! Buffalo Wild Wings in Forsyth, IL will begin to offer Delivery options via Door Dash starting Monday August 12!
