My travel was from LA to Istanbul through via Turkish Air line. I was a little early for check in. It was so confusing. Three different ticking counters had Turkish Air line sign behind their counter and none of them were actually Turkish Air line! When I asked any airport officials none had any helpful answers! I understand the airlines share ticketing counters but there should be a sign for passengers showing the schedule of counter assignment by airlines. It is a easy solution to implement but I think the airport official are lost in the “ forest”.

Very nice agents the days we traveled. Very helpful and got us through TSA checkpoint in a timely manner. Very clean and organized. Gate agents at American were friendly and patient even with the current virus scare and nervous travelers.

Arrival area was super crowded, immigration was outrageous. The worker at this place wasn’t nice to visitors and especially to Hispanic people which made me heartbroken! I would appreciate if everyone can just be open and friendly to all and to not judge book by its cover as it isn’t fair to all...

This terminal has its own contrast for inbound and outbound passenger terminals. The inbound is not worth mentioning while outbound terminal is very beautifully decorated. The big screen interior look very nice and the reflexing lighting make it more glorious. You can see the difference in the pictures

I haven't seen any there and I work there. But if there is some there, it's not many and they are small.
You can walk for 500 yards. There are many shuttles, but walking is better. Terminal 5 is next from Terminal 4 which is next from Terminal B.
