This location's counter staff is not well trained. Cashier had to run get a manager for every step of the transaction. She entered the wrong amount of cash I paid with and tried to short me $10 back. This was dine-in and I had to wait way too long for my order to be filled. By the time I got my fries, my double cheeseburger was cold. Overall performance was sub-par for a Wendy's fast-food restaurant. My buddy and I should have gone to the McDonald's across the street.

My wife and son went to this Wendy's location for our dinner. I wanted a bacon cheeseburger, but they informed them that they were out of bacon. They also asked for Frostys and they were told that they were out of ice cream. When they got back with the food and we're less than 10 minutes away the fries were cold and so were the burgers.

Food was decent, service was friendly. But when I pulled up, the pictured metal piece was sticking up, I couldn't see it, and it damaged my truck, as seen in further pictures. Gonna have to turn this in. Not happy, as you can imagine!
