Zero stars !!! Terrible! Won’t be back! Room was dirty, bedsheets hadn’t been washed. Dead bug on the wall. Couch pull out bed was dirty and heavily worn down. The shower had little hot water and very slow drain. Bed was uncomfortable. Supposed to stay 2 nights, we checked out after 1. The young man at the front desk was trying to accommodate and put our 3 rooms nearby each other but the condition of the hotel was aweful so 2 of the 3 rooms cancelled the 2nd night.

If you just need a place to lay your head, then this is the place for you. We stayed here because our family of 4 took a trip to Holiday World and this was the closest I could find that had breakfast, hot tub, and pool. They do have an indoor pool, but it was ICE cold. And even though it was advertised, their hot tub doesn't have water in it. They do have hot food for breakfast but none of it looked fresh so we just had waffles. The rooms were really clean, and the bed is comfortable. There's hardly any channels available on the TV. It says no pets on the door but the people next to us had a dog that barked for an hour straight, no joke. Lastly, this is the only hotel that I can think of that I've ever stayed at that doesn't have automatic doors. They have just normal doors that you pull going in, push going out. Makes it difficult for families carrying in their luggage. For the price I paid I wasn't completely satisfied.

Room was clean, bathroom had all necessities and the tub drained properly (a pet peeve of mine). Front desk staff were very friendly and customer- service oriented. The breakfast was plentiful, but the eggs I had were still cold. No matter there were many other options. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, they gave us 5 pillows for our one king bed. 👌 Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items. Well worth the $.
