Speaker has been broken at least 2 months. One car ahead of me. 25 minute wait. Checked bags quick as i had a 20 minute drive home. No gravy for potatoes. Dried out mac n cheese. Dry chicken. Extra crispy ordered original. Breading hard as a rock and separated from meat. No bbq sauce. Last time i stop at this location. 56 bucks wasted.

Had Tenders,original chicken ,mashed potatoes,green beans,sweet tea and biscuits .All were hot and fresh.The best I've had at KFC in a while.good job

Last 2 times we have ordered pick up orders. Exceptional service. Food was hot and fresh. There were only 3 people working that store last night and they were really working hard to get orders out.

After a log day we ordered an online family exclusive from this KFC. We waited a little longer than the time stated to go because it said our order would be ready in just 5 minutes and it was quite a big order. When we got there we found that they hadn't made our chicken yet becasue they said they were short staffed which we understood and were ok with because everywhere is short staffed and it was supper time after all. We returned the 25min later we were asked to and guess what? They had once again forgotten to drop our chicken. They offered us something else instead but then again said it would take 15 to 20 min to make our order right so, we waited, again. About 10min later a staff member came out and gave us a lemon cake as a consolation. Irritated but trying to be patient we accepted the cake and continued to wait. Then no less than 4 staff members exited the building to have a smoke break directly beside my car with my children inside. 2 staff members remained inside. Maybe more. So, how or where they were short staffed is beyond me. Then my son went in to ask about the status of the food and they had to ask him what it was we ordered before giving him what they claimed was the order I had placed and now waited an hour to get. Guess how this ends? We get home, out of 16pieces of chicken we were short 5, there were 0/4 biscuits, the large fry was less than halfway to the front dip of the Fri container, and the lid to the gravy wasn't fastened so the entire bag was covered in ICE COLD GRAVY. I normally don't leave bad reviews but this place is awful and, they're supposedly under new management. I would avoid this kfc and drive the extra 10-12miles in either direction to the kfc in Paoli or bedford. It's worth the drive and, I don't even know what the state of the store in bedford is like.
