We waited over an hour to get a license sticker and had to leave without it. The secretary of state's office has been so poorly managed for so long that they think that's normal. One person was working and two others doing nothing while their customers waited hours.

The ladies that work there have tons of patience... I dont understand why people can't figure out what they need to bring with them and when they don't have it don't argue with the ladies...go home and get it!!!

Would give a 0 if possible, evident these people are disgruntled employees that needs some customer service training. I can understand everyone has a bad day, but I have visited this facility on more then one occasion and have experienced nothing but rudeness, and negative attitude. Observing their interaction with other customers it's the same with everyone. If you hate your job that much and dislike working with the public, time to get a different job!
