You have to be 21 years old to watch the minions movie what a joke. Also everything is overpriced, 9.81 for a large popcorn.

Quality of movie was very poor left Half way throughit arm of my husband's chair was sticky and it smelled in the area like it had been cleaned in a long time..never had to walk out before and we spent 65.00 what a disappointment of Jurassic Park and the quite of the movie..and the cleanness of the place..

The place is super dirty, bathrooms, chairs, and sticky floors. Yet the guy on duty tried to force us to have our special needs child wear a mask. Our son's medical conditions are on the list of those who do not need to wear them. All he wanted to do was see Spiderman. We even socially distance him from people. The guy at the counter was rude and did not care. Told us he couldn't sell tickets to us because our young child wouldn't wear a mask. (Yet once you sit down or take a drink you don't need them. Makes no sense!!) I am not sure why forcing him to wear a mask for literally 100 feet would matter. Especially since they do not regularly clean the counters, drink machines, or anything else you could see was a mess. Touching stuff (including the theater seats) then eating your popcorn right afterwards would be far worse. We dropped the masks he forced at us for our child and left to go to another more special needs accommodating theater.

I realize there is little to no money in this area, but this place is awful. It has looked the same for the last 20+ years (resident). I think during that last reno all those years ago was probably the last time it was cleaned. It's dirty in the lobby, theater, and bathrooms. Seats are in bad shape, squeaky and broken down. For as much as it costs to go see a movie I highly recommend you drive to Champaign or Savoy and skip this AMC location.
