We were sat within 5 minutes, and our waitress took our order relatively quickly. We ordered our app (cheese curds) and 1 order of 20 wings. App came out well, however we waited an hour for 20 wings. Never offered a refill or told there was a wait. Wings had sauce literally poured on them and pooled below them. Not to mention the music was extremely loud for the typical atmosphere of Buffalo Wild Wings.

Chain restaurant with nice atmosphere for a typical sports bar. Clean restaurant and the staff is always friendly. Lots of televisions to watch whatever you care to see. Food is always good in the service is fast.

This was the first time I had been there in probably over a year. The initial getting was unfriendly and almost as if we were annoying them. But our waitress was phenomenal. I only wish I had gotten her name to be able to share it here. She took excellent care of us, and we never waited longer than expected for anything.

An hour wait, cold wings, the cheese on the fries is hard and cold. Nobody did anything about the poor person getting sick at the table near us until I went to find someone! Multiple employees walked by and some even made faces. Nobody offered to move us or even said sorry! When I pointed all this out to the manager Gary he took $15 off an $95 bill and didn't even come back to the table!!! When I ask again to see him he was surprised I thought that was ridiculous and was extremely rude. He said his GM told him not to give us anything and I should be happy with $15!! The GM tried to tell me I needed to learn compassion (like your staff/management ignoring the sick girl). The food was cold and hard, this is not about compassion. I though the kitchen was busy and was being compassionate about the hour wait. Clearly the kitchen is not too busy if the food can sit long enough for the cheese to get hard. Never again!
