First of all, I hate to shop. Walmart has pretty much gone to all self serve except our Walmart. I made it known to them that after I get off work and stop on my way home for groceries I do not want to have to self check out after I spend an hour plus shopping and 6 to 7 hours at work. I would rather go to our little locally owned grocery store and pay a little more to have the customer service I expect if I have to shop. Guess I wasn't the only senior citizen to let it be known because most often there are at least two to 4 cashiers waiting on customers checking and bagging groceries. They still never ask if I need help getting things out to my car or putting groceries in the car. Customer service is everything. That's how you build a business!!

I want to give a special shout out to the grocery pickup department. This week I used the service twice and both times I was impressed. The entire process from ordering online, to picking up my groceries and then getting home to see that all my items were accounted for was impressive. I want to give a special shout out to Rebekah because she was so kind and so courteous. She didn’t treat me like any other customer she treated me like a family member or a friend. Kudos to Rebekah and other members of the team like Nicole for going the extra mile.

Store is horrible since they remodeled. Some of the isles you cannot even turn your cart around in the isle. None of the employees greeted you or asked if they could help you find anything. They spend thousands of dollars remodeling the store but they cannot get their chip readers fixed at the registers. Go figure. They have lost my business.

The store is being remodeled. Many areas on shelves are bare. One thing I noticed is the store is quiet. This is the only Walmart we've ever been in that's quiet. Usually Walmart is rustling with people and conversations and a great deal of background noise...not this location. This was our first time at this location.
