We drove through to pick up some after dinner treats one evening. There were five of us in the car, and three of our orders were wrong. We had to go inside to get it straightened out, and the workers didn't offer an apology, and certainly didn't offer any refund or other compensation for their big mistakes. The ice cream was good, but the service was very disappointing

Love their frozen custard especially the turtle sundae My husband loves the concrete mixtures. I usually do the curbside pickup. They are quick at bringing the food very nice. We love the food, but would like them to add a few more types of hamburgers.

Normally love Culver's...didn't expect a half sandwich though! They forgot the top of the bun!!! Lol...got a great laugh, good topic for conversation and lower carbs!!! Haha 😄

Today I tried the buffalo chicken tenders and they were undercooked. They need to use a thermometer and check the food to make sure it is cooked. The regular tenders are way better than the buffalo chicken tenders. Nasty and undercooked. I hope I don't get sick.
