Extremely unprofessional service! I am an employee w/ SF and I spoke with Caprice and the manager Jasmine. Caprice hung up on me intentionally and Jasmine was very rude and just kept repeating everything. This location doesn't even rent to normal people, just Uber/Lyft drivers. Very unprofessional and I will be suing them and calling the police/911!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

People were very nice but not exactly professional. The vehicle that was there for us was dirty, reamed of smoke and a stain in the rear seat. We then had to drive to Des Plains to get another rental car.

Horrible experience!!! A car rental is supposed to help you When your inconvenienced by not having your own car. Before I left the lot they had to put air in one of the tires. Six hours later come out to the car tire pressure is 23 now it is 20. Had to wait on hold for two hours to get an answer from emergency roadside service. I have learned my lesson from now on if you rent a car and they ever have to put air in one of the tires do not take that car it probably has a leak in it just like the one I got has.
