This is probably my 7th or 8th time renting from this location. Excellent service by the whole team, never a long wait time. The prices are very reasonable, and the vehicles great.

Great Customer Service, no issues with my rental. No one tried to pressure upsell me the insurance. Very friendly atmosphere, the young lady that assisted me was very professional. I would definitely rent from this Hertz dealer in the future. I've been to corporate locations that don't get the customer in&out as fast as this location. The attendant took his time looking over the vehicle with me to ensure the damage was already in the system, and took pictures of any new damage prior to me leaving. Upon my return, the same process of speedy service. I was totally surprised by this Hertz experience, as I have learn to accept some places don't offer the same quality of service. But this Dealer has my business, and I will continue to use them. The car ran smooth, no issues, I felt safe, and secure the entire trip. 1800 miles, and not one complaint. Thanks Hertz!

Well, I had an insurance claim to have a rental. I had an email indicating that I would receive a phone call confirming that I had a reservation. Never received that call. So, they did not have any vehicles available to seat 6 people. We were given one to seat 5. Decided to give it a go and left the lot with it. Upon going down the road a short ways, I had my hand in the middle part of the steering wheel turning left across traffic and received a cut to my index finger. Took the vehicle back, did not receive any apology. Was given a car that seats only 5 people. Took it for a short time. Returned it also, and had my claim closed with my insurance. No apologies were ever offered. Also, be aware people. If you use a debit card to pay they will run a credit check. It is posted on a sign on their counter, but they were informing other people who were renting from them. We were never advised of this verbally. I will NOT be using Hertz ever again. I will use their competitor any day of the week!!!

With Hertz it is either the device itself or on the license plate. You are charged $4.95 per day plus the cost of any tolls. That $4.95 fee is only once per day no matter how many tolls you go through though and only on the days you pass through tolls. They charge the card that is on file at the time of rental.
