I booked a full-size car but they said no full-size cars available so just drive a mid size car. I said then give me a higher grade car but they said they would not. First time for being downgraded than the original reservation during 20 years business travels.

My experience at this location was Amazing! Staff was kind, attentive, and willing to answer and explain further on any questions I had! The car was super clean and had a full tank! I give them a Perfect score! Thank you to all of the staff for making it a pleasant experience 😃

Terrible customer service. Made reservations online, paid for with my card for a Mazda 3. Showed up with my reservation and was told there were no cars on site and zero staff members. Front desk lady told me my card was not on file so there was nothing they can do. I showed my reservation number and she just said there’s no cars, there’s nothing she can do. I then watched 5 people walk in and pick up vehicles. One did not have a credit card on file and hard to call to put it on file. I watched a hertz car maintenance man walk in 3 times and 2 other employees showed up. Still “no cars available” somehow. 0 stars, completely disrespectful, and a complete waste of my time and tie-up of my money. Edit: I watched 8 people pick up cars. 4 people drop off cars. Still no cars available.

Very disappointed in my most recent rental with this location. When we picked up our car it wasn’t cleaned. The outside was filthy (there were smiley faces and words written in the dirt on the car) the inside looks like someone had just dropped it off. They only had one car on the lot to rent so I’m assuming someone had dropped this car off that morning and it never got cleaned. Gas tank was only halfway full so the lady working told me to just take a picture of the gas gauge so I would know where to fill it when I dropped it off. After we left the location the car alerted us that there was low Oil. So my boyfriend checked and there was barely any oil left and what was left was dirty. It desperately needed an oil change. So we call the location and they told us we didn’t need to worry about it that it was fine. So we personally paid for an oil change, car wash and car cleaning before we hit the road for our road trip. NOW it’s been a month later and I’m still being charged to my credit card for random little things. Like gas. When I dropped off the vehicle I made sure it had the same amount of gas as it had when I dropped it off. Yet I am still being charged a gas fueling charge on my account. I’m just very irritated with how this whole situation went about. I’ve never had this issue with renting cars before. And honestly never had an issue with hertz in general. But I just feel like this car was not safe, not clean, and not properly looked over before I took it off the property. And now I am just very annoyed that I am being nickeled and dimed for things that I should not be.
