This Roesch dealership has a great team of people working there in all positions! I really have to thank Joe Peterson for handling my sale and also training up Sammy at the same time. They were two great guys to work with. I appreciated how Joe really focused on the features of the truck that I wasn't familiar with so I could leave feeling comfortable with my purchase. This review has everything to do with the service department, specifically, Oscar. My Grand Cherokee went in on December 1st. Oscar was my initial contact the evening my car had to get towed into the service department at Roesch Jeep. Oscar was closing that evening. He listened to everything I told him, took copious notes, and reviewed everything I told him before I left. He promised a call the next day to bring me up to speed once the team took a look at my car. Long story short when Oscar found out they were going to have to keep my car for approx. 45 days, he got me a loaner, and made sure I was all set while they had my car. Throughout the entire process Oscar kept in constant contact with me. Every step of the way, I was informed, and felt very much at ease knowing I left my car in very good hands. Even after I picked up my Jeep, I realized I left my garage door opener in the loaner....I called my guy Oscar and he retrieved it for me! There is nothing this man will not do to insure the highest level of customer satisfaction!!! Kudos to the whole service department at Larry Roesch Dodge Jeep RAM! They are all consummate professionals, all top shelf, especially Oscar!!! Thank you guys and ladies for making a horrible situation not quite as bad as it could have been!
