This place is a hit or miss, depending on the staff working that day. Sometimes they are super nice, and sometimes you are asking yourself why you didn't drive up the road to down town Elmhurst, where the service is consistent, staff always nice, and accommodating. I go there only if I have to.

My wife gave this Starbucks a huge thumbs up because her White Chocolate Mocha with soy milk and extra hot was fantastic .. the staff was very friendly even reminding me to get a mask .. there is also a 2-sided fireplace and the inside area was very welcoming even though it was closed for carry-out only due to COVID.
