The lobby was a bit dated which through me off. The service at the front desk was friendly and the check-in was fast. And then I saw the rooms! Sparkling clean, comfortable bed, kürig coffee maker. We even had a balcony. The breakfast was out of this world, book with confidence

Positive: Checking in was very nice. Front desk agent  was great at helping with check in and really friendly. The room was excellent and very big and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Amenities were also good. Requested late check out for 1 hour which helped. Negative: No pool but not a deal breaker.

Our group had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The beds and pillows were AMAZING and the breakfast was outstanding! Every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Staff member Parth did a wonderful job maintaining a smile and handling our groups many requests. Would come back again!

My wife is taking classes locally to the hotels location. It was an easy choice to pick an IHG property due to being Spire Elite. Downers Grove didn’t disappoint with having met all of our needs. The location is close to everything you might need while away from home. The bed was perfect and room cozy and clean . The hotel breakfast was a great way to start our day. The service stated and continues to be warm and sincere . We will certainly stay here again !
