Easy reservations on line. Received a call a day ahead confirming my reservation and telling me what time to arrive. Only one person working inside and running outdoors with each customer to inspect and get signatures. She was very efficient, but it seemed like it would be overwhelming to work solo in this manner. Exactly the same 3 days later when we returned the car. My only real criticism is that the tire pressure alert was on when we drove the car home from Enterprise requiring a stop at 2 different gas stations to be able to fill the tire to adequate pressure. Luckily the tire pressure held throughout our three day trip. It would have been nice if someone had checked out the car for any alerts before they rented it out to us.

I appreciate the customer service of Sherry (branch manager) and Olivia (MT). Sherry arranged a pick up from a near by body shop and Olivia assisted me with joy even though I was late and close to the time office was closing. They made sure I had a car before the day ended!!! Girls rule!!! Thank you so much!

They offered me a couple of high end cars. A truck, a Lincoln. I said those were too big. So they gave me a Nissan Roque Sport which I loved. Very friendly and very cooperative with my needs.

Had a reservation in the system for a full size SUV for months and upon arriving at the location they had three options available which at first glance was nice. However, one vehicle had bald tires and mismatched on the front for which no tire manufacturer ever recommends. The second vehicle was taken for a few hours and turns out it had a mechanical issue in the front drive train, and the third appeared ok until we got closer to our destination 1,500 miles away. The vehicle did not have a working air conditioner and the Enterprise customer support and road assistance line was useless due to the fact that the individual at the counter in glen ellyn entered my license information wrong. Stuck in a warm climate with a mechanically defective vehicle, and no customer assistance what so ever. I'm done with enterprise... of course the response will be to look into the issue further... The customer service number will do nothing due to the faulty information in the system and I was directed to go to an airport location that was open and they also stated that they could not fix the information if I need roadside assistance I'm screwed. A replacement vehicle in a much smaller class that won't accommodate my passengers and luggage was offered.
