Ordered 3 med coffees, 1 was wrong and the worst part was all three had numerous coffee grounds. It was horrible, will never go back there again.

Just came to pick up a small delivery order. First I went to the door and it was locked. Was a little confused but it’s about 8 pm so thought oh well maybe it closed inside already. Went thru the drive thru and it wasn’t ready for pick up yet and the hours say till 9 pm drive thru 24 hours.

I have always had an issue at this Dunkin’. The simplest drinks are always made wrong somehow, the food is sloppily thrown together while still being cold in the middle, the drive thru line takes forever, and the staff are just plain rude. If they get your drink order correct, there will always be so much ice that you only get 1/4 cup of liquid. So much sugar you’ll feel like you’re eating the sand grains a child threw in your face. Yes, it’s close to the highway, but if you’re going for quality, go to the Dunkin’ on Bloomimgdale and Army trail. Avoid this Dunkin’ at all costs!
