Must have been there on a bad day, the lady that helped me was very unprofessional, Do yourself a favor find another DMV for your business. I wish the employees had name tags i would had filed a complaint, perhaps this is the reason for not having name tags

Got there right after they opened on Friday morning. Had to get a sticker and renew my license. Was in and out in 30 minutes. The girls working were so nice. I had to have them repeat themselves a couple times and they were so patient with me! Great customer service!

I went to 3 other DMVs before coming to Dixon and I wish I would of came here first! They didn't argue with me, extremely pleasant, understanding, and friendly. As soon as I showed them what I needed, she took it to the supervisor and she addressed it and figured it out right away! Plus they are super quick! Waited maybe 15 minutes in line while at Oregon over 2 hours!

I heard nothing but good reviews about the Dixon facility and they were right! Written test, picture and forms, in and out in 20 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff. No long lines and waits. Its well worth the drive for sure.
