The food sucks one time my 16 year old daughter went here and her manager completely made her cry because my daughter wasent wearing “the right shoes” and started to get crazy mad over nothing plus this place has terrible service I will never be returning to Dairy Queen EVER

They have different prices on their food, then on their website. Kind of makes me feel like they’re ripping me off just to steal a dollar more off of all their food and pocket the money. And they always forget my Sunday, when I order their six dollar meal deals which are now seven for some reason on their menu… there was never a coupon in my bag to get a Sunday. These guys are liars! It’s happens more than once! All you need to do, is simple. Stop charging people a $1 for all the items on the menu and match your online prices…….and do not forget my Sunday! You know my name Corp DQ. Send some compensation to the store and I’ll pick it up. Like the money you stole!

I ordered 3 blizzards, Reese PB cup, butterfinger, and turtle pecan, they were way over mixed and it was like drinking a shake… all 3 of us were very disappointed! You guys need to take down the pictures that show turning the blizzard upside down because that is a thing of the past! To have spent almost $20.00 on these 3 items is way over priced! We will not be back and will be taking out business to dairy delight from now on where the prices are much lower and the chunks are much bigger! The only good thing was the friendly young lady at the window that told me to enjoy the rest of my evening and thanked me! I also noticed on these responses from management there was no offer on a discount to return just asking for another chance… maybe if you offered a discount and retrained your employees to not over mix and make it chunkier your business would be booming! Very very dissatisfied!!
