I ordered through the drive up and it took forever for me to get my order. I ordered a chicken finger basket with a root beer and had to wait like 15 minutes for cold fries and overcooked chicken?!? The staff look confused and panic when too much is going on. Go to the woodstock Culver's that has much better service. Just sad that Harvard can't find a reliable fast food chain. Staff was new and was struggling a bit but okay. Ordered the corn dogs for a change. I was missing fair food. Had no idea they were so expensive. Over 3 bucks each. Worst corn dogs I ever ate. That is quite a statement. Dog was soft and tasteless. The outside was over cooked and the inside, the batter was gooey and raw. Kids menu item. Hope that doesn't happen to a kid. They might get sick.

I went through drive-thru tonight got ice cream. I said I wanted a 2 scoop vanilla with cookie dough, 2 scoop turtle sundae, 2 waters. First she tells me it's $9.02 then changes it to $12.24. She returns to the window with 2 single scoop vanilla with cookie dough and the 2 scoop vanilla. I told her I didn't order the single scoop. She then say I day but when to remake it came back and the 2 scoop didn't even have 2 scoops in it. Then she leaves comes back 2 minutes later for the water and when I asked for the difference she said it's the same amount. She wouldn't give me the difference it cost for the 2 scoop which only had a scoop a a dab not 2 scoops. I will never go to Harvard Culver's again. I should of got my money back for not getting 2 single scoop. I don't care if it was 5 cents I worked hard for that money. The girl didn't even give me my receipt. If she can't treat other how she would want to be treated she should not be working with the public .

Honestly I would give them 0 stars. they were rediculously slow, when i got my food FINALLY there was no mayo on the chicken sandwich and no ketchup on the burger LOL! The sandwiches were made upside down 🤣 it was laughable. Our drinks were the incorrect size. Everyone was honking behind me, no one knew how to do their job, there was HAIR all over our food. I thought it could’ve been from me because i have long hair but my hair is not black… and on top of it the burger tasted weird.. cheese wasn’t melted like we specifically asked. Man just don’t come here. I really respect the fact they hire the special needs but if they can’t do their job then.. idk. Bad experience 10/10

Wellness checks (temperature) before anyone can start work. They always wear gloves and masks. If the lobby is open, tables and chairs are disinfected after each use. Booths, toot. The restrooms are cleaned hourly, and only one party can go in there at a time. There's hand sanitizer available to everyone. Cashier stations are cleaned between customers. And team members practice social distancing.
