Just wow...this location has really hit rock bottom with their staff selection. The place needs a new manager and hire staff that actually care about the products they are selling. Being rude and acting irritated will not help bring more business in. I ask a question and they look at you like your from another planet or something. Go to the Woodstock or Marengo mcdonalds that give you much better customer service. Thanks for reading.

The workers were very rude and gave me and my friend attitude while ordering. The workers were also rushing us while ordering and when we picked up our order we didn’t receive a fry that we had ordered and had to go around again and when we did we received the same ride/bad attitude from the workers. I was very disappointed and upset by the customer service I received at your location. I hope the bad attitude gets fixed and employees treat their customers better after this because I was very upset by my experience today

Just came in and ordered a mcdouble with bacon. Got a quarter pounder instead. Meat was gross and really salty. Worst part is I found a long black hair in my burger. Yum

The 1st shift manager Hope needs to go back to customer service classes and how to treat her employees. I have met some rude people in my day but not many who are as rude as she is behind the drive thru. I feel bad for anyone who has to work under her. I come through 3 days a week for breakfast and it amazes me that this woman is still working there. Unprofessional, rude and down right mean to customers and employees. Something should be done.
